Fluffy pancakes

Pancakes are a dish that has been enjoyed for centuries, with evidence of pancake-like foods dating back to ancient civilizations such as the Greeks and Romans. In medieval times, pancakes were often made with ingredients such as eggs, flour, and milk, and were traditionally eaten on Shrove Tuesday, the day before the start of Lent. This day became known as Pancake Day, and pancakes were consumed as a way to use up rich ingredients like eggs and sugar before the fasting period of Lent.

Today, Pancake Day is still celebrated in many parts of the world, with people making and eating pancakes as a fun and tasty tradition.
