Mamma Dough - South East London

Our Rating: ★ | £ - Excellent pizza skills and great dips

Mamma Dough is known for its unique blend of traditional and innovative flavours. Their menu features classics like Margherita alongside more adventurous options, catering to various tastes.

They create delicious Neapolitan-style sourdough pizzas and even keep their ‘mamma’ hidden and looked after in a secret location in Streatham.

Ambiance and Setting

The ambience in Mamma Dough was chilled and relaxed. The decor was a delightful mix of modern and rustic, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The pizzas

They were amazing. We decided to try their Anchovy pizza and the classic Margherita. Both were a hit. The Anchovy pizza was a flavour-packed delight, while the Margherita, with its perfect balance of cheese and sauce, was a testament to the beauty of simplicity.

Specials board

Every day Mamma Dough post up specials for you to try based on their travels abroad, a concept we can clearly get on board with.

Dips to Die For

What really stood out to us were the dips, especially the chilli honey. It was a game-changer, adding an unexpected but delightful sweetness that complemented the pizza's savoury flavours.

Final Thoughts

Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or just looking for a cosy spot to unwind, Mamma Dough is definitely worth a visit. And those that know us know we have a high standard when it comes to Pizzas!
